1. General Information

All rental prices and charges include VAT. The minimum rental period is 24 hours (Monday to Thursday only). By hiring a vehicle from Aspire Prestige, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Driver Requirements

• Drivers must be at least 30 years old. Please consult us for a full list of age requirements for specific vehicles.

• Drivers must hold a valid UK or International driving license for at least 3 or 5 years, depending on the vehicle hired.

• Additional proof of identity is required, such as a passport or National Identity Card, along with proof of address dated within the last 3 months and matching the address on the driving license.

3. Rental Period and Extensions

• If the vehicle is returned more than 1 hour late, an extra day's rental charge will apply.

• If an extension is required, we must be notified at least 4 hours before the end of the rental period. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

• A 50% booking fee of the total hire cost is required for bookings made more than 14 days in advance. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the rental start date.

• For bookings within 14 days of the hire start date, full payment must be made at least 7 days before the booking date.

• Bank transfers must be cleared in our account before the rental commences.

5. Usage Restrictions

• Vehicles must only be used on public roads for normal driving purposes.

• The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Courier services

  • Rally, track days, racing, or speed testing

  • Hire or reward

  • Transporting hazardous, illegal, or dangerous goods

• Off-road driving is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained. The hirer accepts full liability for any damages caused.

6. Insurance & Security Deposit

• The rental price includes comprehensive insurance for authorized drivers, but an insurance excess applies. The excess amount is specified at the time of booking.

• A security deposit is required before the hire begins and will be held for the duration of the rental period.

• The insurance is only valid for driving on UK public highways.

• The security deposit will be forfeited if unauthorized individuals drive the vehicle.

7. Accidents & Damages

• All accidents must be reported within 2 hours by calling 020 7078 7487, with an accident form submitted within 24 hours.

• If the vehicle is damaged during the hire, the hirer agrees to cover repair costs as quoted by our approved body shop.

• If the vehicle is declared a total loss, the hirer must pay 25% of its market value.

• Any damage due to abuse (e.g., excessive tyre wear, over-revving) will be charged separately.

8. Driving Conduct & Penalties

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• Excessive stone chips or damage will be charged accordingly.

• If excessive speed is detected, the hirer will receive a warning. Continued violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

• The hirer agrees to pay the daily rental rate for each day the vehicle is off-road for repairs due to damage caused during the rental period.

• If the vehicle is stolen, the hirer is responsible for 25% of the excess or the vehicle’s excess, whichever is greater. If theft is deemed intentional, the hirer is liable for the full market value.

• All vehicles are equipped with telematics devices that track the journey.

9. Mileage Allowance & Fuel Policy

• A daily mileage allowance of 100 miles per 24 hours applies. Excess mileage will be charged at £4.50 per mile.

• Pre-booked extra mileage is non-refundable if unused.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection. If not, the hirer will be charged £2 per litre.

• If the wrong fuel is used, the hirer is responsible for all associated costs, including recovery, drainage, and repairs.

10. Traffic Offences & Charges

• The hirer is responsible for any motoring, traffic, toll, congestion charge, or parking offences incurred during the rental period.

• Aspire Prestige reserves the right to charge the hirer for any fines, legal fees, or penalties incurred.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:

• 14+ days before hire start date: 25% of total hire charge

• 7-14 days before hire start date: 50% of total hire charge

• Less than 7 days before hire start date: 75% of total hire charge
